Between the Mediterranean and Leucate Pond, a stone's throw from Spain and Andorra, our well-shaded campsite boasts plenty of individual pitches separated by trees, a pool and a friendly atmosphere perfect for families. The surrounding fields are home to horses, who may come and say hello.
With five miles of beaches, acres and acres of protected pine forests, clean water, the local Catalan folklore and children's activities all summer long, Port Barcarès is sure to be a hit with the whole family.
We are inRoussillon, in the heart of Catalunya, a region that is steeped in history and offers plenty of leisure activities for all ages. Visit our traditional markets and discover the excellent local produce. Different parts of the region (Roussillon, La Salanque, Fenolheda, the sandy or rocky coasy, etc.) provide a variety of natural landscapes and countless opportunities for leisure, sports and excursions.

CAMPSITE WATER PARK

Our swimming poolwith paddling area opens on 9 April and stays open all season. It is heated out of season for your comfort. In July and August, the water slide and a second pool promise thrills and spills for children of all ages.

Do you prefer the sea? No problem - the Mediterranean is just 900 metres away. You also have the choice between Salses Lake and its water sports or the Algy, a river that snakes all the way down to the Mediterranean which visitors can explore on foot, bike or even rollerblades.

The pirate ship will keep your children amused for hours.
