The Corsican town of Porticcio, on the south bank of the magnificent Ajaccio Gulf, just over ten miles from Napoleon's birthplace, is a haven for tourists with some wonderful attractions.
Fifteen minutes from Ajaccio, 90 minutes from Porto and just over two hours to Bonifacio, Porticcio is also ideally situated.
